Web Tool Bazar provides a collection of free, browser-based utilities for working with PDF documents, images and search-engine-optimisation metadata. The Service is provided free of charge and is funded by advertising.

• No account, registration or subscription is required to use the tools.
• Most tools process your files locally within your browser; some tools require server-side processing.
• The Service is offered on an “as available” basis and may be modified, expanded or discontinued at any time.
• We do not guarantee that any specific tool will remain available permanently.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload, process or distribute any file or content that you do not own or have the legal right to use.
• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or that infringes the rights of any third party.

You retain all ownership rights to any file, document or content you use with the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your files.

Most tools operate entirely within your browser. In those cases, your file is never transmitted to us and we never have access to it. For tools that require server processing, files are transmitted solely to perform the operation you requested and are deleted automatically after processing completes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the legal right to use and process the files you submit.
• Maintaining your own backups of any file you process through the Service.
• Verifying the accuracy and suitability of any output before relying on it.

All content on the Service — including but not limited to the Web Tool Bazar name, logo, visual design, user interface, source code, written guides, page text, graphics and the selection and arrangement of tools — is the property of Web Tool Bazar or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of the Service.
• Modify, translate or create derivative works based on the Service.
• Use our name, logo or branding without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, product names and logos that appear on the Service remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

In particular, our SEO tools are designed to help you inspect and generate metadata. They do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic result or outcome with any search engine. Search algorithms change frequently and results depend on many factors outside our control.

• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures or circumstances beyond our control.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar, India.

Before commencing any formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@webtoolbazar.com and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to respond.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Service or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the “Effective from” date shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after any change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
